Returns & Exchanges
- Faulty or Damaged Items:
We offer a full refund or exchange for goods that are faulty or damaged. To begin this process, please contact us at theherbshop19@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Prompt notification is essential to process your request. - Change of Mind:
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, it must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 3 days of receiving it. Used items cannot be returned. No returns if you change your mind on the product unless it arrives faulty
